Motivation...

What motivates you? 

Are you happy with waking up before dawn to pound the pavement or sitting on a couch all day eating ice cream? Are you motivated to slim down a size, or lose an entire person?

It takes anywhere from 18 to 66 days to form a habit (1)

But sitting on a couch, watching tv, eating ice cream wondering why you are unhappy won't change you.

You need support, friendship, MOTIVATION to just walk around a park. 

We're here. We're doing it. 

One step in front of the other, one day at a time.

You can do it.

But you have to take the first step. We'll see you at the finish line.
